Overwhelm & Overthinking
Overthinking can lead to increased stress and anxiety, making it difficult to focus and enjoy life. It can lead to negative self-talk, lowered confidence, and make it harder to make decisions and take action. Then we feel overwhelmed, causing burnout, poor sleep, a drop in productivity, and a general sense of unhappiness.
Taking steps to reduce overthinking and overwhelm can help you feel more in control of your life, improved well-being, and allow you to experience more joy and happiness.

How Kinesiology can help with overwhelm & overthinking.
Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that uses muscle testing as a way to access information about a person's energetic and physical well-being. Our muscles hold tension from physical activity, but also from emotional and psychological stress. When we are overwhelmed or overthinking, this stress can cause imbalances in our bodies, leading to physical and emotional symptoms.
By using muscle testing, I identify these imbalances and determine the underlying causes. Then using acupressure, mental and emotional release, gentle counselling and visualisation techniques we restore balance.
Overwhelm and overthinking sits within the Earth Element. We may have poor boundaries, use coping techniques, do everything to make others happy but neglect ourselves. This can lead to digestive issues, imbalanced “giving and receiving” and chronic worrying and anxiety.
The goal of kinesiology is to help you understand the connection between your physical, emotional, and psychological states, and to empower you to make changes that lead to greater well-being. Ultimately, we re-establish your boundaries and balance giving and receiving so your needs are met.
