Relationship Issues
First Up, I am not a trained Counsellor.
We all go through rocky periods. We have breakups, workplace relationship issues, sometimes we feel we’re just not on the same page or we talk and don’t feel heard. Issues with relationships cause stress. We inherently want to be loved and connected but sometimes it just doesn’t go that way. Finding someone to talk to can be a challenge in its self but I offer something different.

How Kinesiology can help with relationship issues.
Relationships go through rocky periods. Its normal. But when it gets overwhelming or stressful and you feel like you are not being heard, that’s the time to get support.
While kinesiology may not directly impact a relationship, it can indirectly improve the physical and mental health of individuals, which can ultimately contribute to a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.
As I said I am not a counsellor so don’t see me if that is what you feel you need. But if you want to be heard and supported “outside the square” then perhaps I can offer you something. I use mindfulness, home play, listening and more.
I did a few units of counselling in my dual diploma of Kinesiology/Mind-Body Medicine but my ability to offer support through Kinesiology and our Couples Guidance Sessions is because I have experience in my own relationships, support my clients through theirs and I have an ability to hold space and truly hear what each person is experiencing until I can see the gold between the communication.
And I call it as I see and hear it. I will pull you up. I will challenge you. But more importantly I will hear and support you.
“If you want to turn your life around, try thankfulness. It will change your life mightily.”
